A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

25,289,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 5, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jeonju prison on February 26, 2017.

Even though the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a marijuana and a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Smoking of phiphones, or smoking of marijuana;

A. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant, at around 2017, 2017 at the end, injected 0.1g of oponon in a one-time fluorculon telephone at the pipes made of Alumin aluminium fluor at the beginning of 20:0, in a manner that the Defendant injected opon in a pipe for a single-time fluorculon and melted the growth water promptly, and smoked marijuana by inserting it into the pipe made of Aluminum fluor at the same place, and making it difficult for the Defendant to smoke in the same manner.

B. On January 2018, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of 2018, on the mid-term 20:00 on the line of January 2018, 2018, put about approximately 0.1g of opon into a one-time copon copon copon in a single-use copon copon copon, and melting the copon rapidly, and smoked marijuana by continuously inserting in a pipe made of Aminium in the same place by inserting it into the pipe, and making it possible for the Defendant to smoke in the same manner.

On February 9, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on February 9, 2018, injected 0.1g of opononon in a one-time injection machine at the heading room of B B building in Nam-ju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 15:30 on February 9, 2018, administered opon by means of injecting the opon into his left blood cells, and smoked marijuana by inserting it in a pipe made of Aluminum shot on the same day.

2. The date and time as set forth in paragraph 1(c) above shall apply to the Defendant possessing phiphonephones and marijuana.
