A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

309,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Although anyone is not allowed to smoke marijuana, the Defendant smoked marijuana as follows, and even if he is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered the psychotropic drugs-related Mebacule (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) as follows:

1. The Defendant conspired with C and D on December 1, 2010, parked in the FPC parking lot located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, around 03:00, for C’s car, sealed approximately 0.5g of marijuana into pipes made by gambling sites, affixed a fire, and smoked marijuana.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with C and D on December 2, 2010, parked in FPC parking lots around 02:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana into pipes made of a stuffed paper, and attaching a fire.

3. The Defendant, in collusion with C and D on December 1, 2010, parked in FPC parking lots around 03:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana into pipes made of a stuffed paper, and attaching a fire.

4. At around 19:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3g of philopon and approximately 1.5g of marijuana from H in the vicinity of the G basin of the Government-si, and parked near the Defendant’s vehicle in the vicinity, put approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, put about approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, melting the birth water rapidly, and smoked from marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of ma from the hemp continuously.

5. On October 6, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant parked in the Seo-gu Extraordinary parking lot in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu. On the part of the Defendant’s car, approximately 0.1g of the penphonephones purchased as set forth in paragraph 4, put approximately 0.1g into a single-use injection machine, melting the raw water rapidly, in which the melting machine, in which the crophones were injected into the pipe, and continuously injected about 0.5g of the marijuana purchased as such, and smoked by inserting a fire.

6. The Defendant around 05:00 on October 6, 2013, at the same time, is the office of the Defendant’s Dong-in K in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
