A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On July 20, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by using 850,000 won to a person whose name is not known (hereinafter “D”), and 257g of marijuana contained in vinyl packaging.

B. On September 12, 2012, around 09:30 on September 12, 2012, the Defendant sold and purchased marijuana by inserting approximately KRW 7g of marijuana to F in the Defendant’s car parked in front of the front door of the guard room of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E Apartment, and by receiving KRW 100,000 as the price in a vinyl.

C. On September 24, 2012, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 09:50.

In the same manner as in the same manner as in the foregoing paragraph, approximately KRW 6g of marijuana was traded to F in the amount of KRW 1 million.

On October 3, 2012, the Defendant was above W, around 20:50.

In the same manner, the F traded approximately 6g of marijuana for about 1 million won in the same manner as in the same manner as in paragraph.

E. On November 13, 2012, the Defendant was above 20:00.

In the same manner as in the same manner as in the same paragraph, approximately 1g of marijuana was traded to F in the same amount of 200,000 won.

F. On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was above 19:00.

In the same manner as in the same manner as in the same paragraph, approximately 1g of marijuana was traded to F in the same amount of 200,000 won.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 3, 2012, around 09:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting it in the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the parking lot of the G Co., Ltd., Hanam-si, and inserting approximately 1g of marijuana into a pipe of tobacco made in a stuffed paper, and attaching a fire to it.

B. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 09:00.

In the same manner, approximately 1g of marijuana was smoked at the same place as in the same paragraph.

C. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 09:00.

Smoking approximately 1g of marijuana in the same manner and at the same place as the paragraph d.

On February 25, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 08:30.

In the same manner, approximately 1g of marijuana was smoked at the same place as in the same paragraph.
