A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

No person other than a person handling narcotics, etc., may administer a psychotropic substance camacopon (one clopon, one copon, another hereinafter referred to as “copon”), or deliver or receive marijuana, and no person shall smoke marijuana.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On September 2012, the Defendant administered a philophone on the rooftop of a building located in D at the time of the Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant administered a philophone in a manner of drinking alcohol.

B. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant administered a philophone in a manner of drinking alcohol at a place such as a dateless scopon.

C. On April 2013, the Defendant administered philophones in the Defendant’s vinyl F’s vinyl E in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2013 by a method of drinking philophones in a drunken manner.

2. Receipt of marijuana;

A. At around 13:10 on June 29, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 3g of marijuana from H in the G Park near the Gyeonggi-si, G, with no compensation, and received it.

B. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 4g of marijuana from H in the fifth floor health club of the I building at the time of the Gyeonggi-do Embscop, and received marijuana free of charge.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. At around 01:00 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting a paper of tobacco on the rooftop of the building located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and inserting a fire in about 1g of marijuana, thereby flying it.

B. On July 2, 2013, at the same place as at around 01:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to put about about 1g of marijuana in the wrapping paper and attach a fire to the smoke.

C. On July 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same place as at the same time as at the end of July 2013, by inserting about 1g of marijuana in the container and attaching a fire to the smoke.

The defendant is on the same day as the preceding paragraph.
