【Criminal Power】 On June 29, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on June 29, 2005; on November 17, 2005, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; on March 8, 2007, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; on July 16, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on June 13, 2013; on August 31, 2014, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 02:04 on May 14, 2015, at “E restaurant” operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim owned 5,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, after cutting and intrusioning the entrance locks of the said restaurant with the cuter;
2. Around 03:00 on May 14, 2015, at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the entrance locker system of the said store was cut down to cut off and intruded, and 150,000 won was the cash owned by the victim located in the main air conditioners and adjacent thereto;
3. At around 03:50 on June 7, 2015, at “K” operated by the Victim J in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the said laund-gate locking machine was cut down and intruded into the laund-gate locking machine, and the cash, 70,000 won, which is the ownership of the victim in the United States, was carried out in the United States;
4. On June 7, 2015, at around 04:08, at the “N” restaurant operated by the victim M& in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, the victim’s property was 325,000 won in total by cutting out electric wires connected to the above restaurant with a credit cooperative located in the kitchen, cutting out the back locks of the above restaurant, and cutting out electric wires connected with the credit cooperative located in the kitchen, and carrying 100,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession located in the safe, and destroying door at night four times habitually, and destroying a building, and intrudeing the building.
