A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for larceny at night at the Suwon District Court, and on June 22, 200, to a four-month imprisonment for larceny at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court, and on May 19, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a six-month imprisonment and a fine of three hundred thousand won for larceny at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on May 19, 200; on October 11, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight-month for larceny at night at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on December 6, 2006; on January 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for larceny at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on January 12, 200; and on July 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a punishment of one hundred thousand won for the larceny under the Aggravated branch of the Jeju District Court on July 16, 16.

Defendant habitually,

(a) At around 20:00 on April 2, 2014, having one cut machine equivalent to KRW 70,000 in the market price managed by the victim E at the underground parking lots at the construction site of the building site at the Sungnam-si D Co., Ltd. located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; thefting it;

B. From around 00:30 on April 3, 2014 to 05:00, the entrance was cut off to a H restaurant operated by the victim G located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, and the entrance was cut off as above, and the entrance was intruded into the said restaurant, and then the entrance was stolen with cash of KRW 30,000 within the credit cooperative located on the accounting unit;

In light of the date and time stated in the port, the entrance locks were cut off to a stolen cutting machine, as seen above, and the money and valuables to be stolen was stored in the above clothes, but the money and valuables were not found, and the attempted money and valuables were not found;

When the time and time stated in the port, the entrance lock was cut off to the Ma Office, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the entrance lock was invaded into the above office, and the money and valuables to be stolen were stored.
