A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On July 2012, from around 01:00 to around 02:00 of the same day, the Defendant opened an unlocked glass window and intruded into the office, and brought about 20km electric wires equivalent to KRW 150,000 at the market price owned by the victim D, which was kept in the said place.
B. The Defendant, from around 01:00 on August 1, 2012 to around 02:00 on the same day, opened a glass window and intruded into the office at around 02:00 on the same day, brought about 20km of the market price of the victim D, which was kept in the said place, and brought about 150,000 old electric wires.
C. On October 1, 2012, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a glass window that was not locked from the H real estate operated by the victim GF in Pyeongtaek-siF; (b) intruded into the office; and (c) had three computers and three CD monitors with a total market price of KRW 1,500,000, total market price on the victim G on the table.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure on three occasions at night, and stolen the total amount of KRW 1,800,000 owned by the victims.
2. From around 03:00 on September 2, 2012 to around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a glass window locked by using the air of the decline; and (b) intruded into the office.
The Defendant discovered 20 km wire at the market price of 150,000,000, which was kept in his custody, and found the CCTV camera at the location of the bed while holding it, and also held 1 1,000,000 of the market price of the computer connected with the CCTV at the market price of 30,000,000.
As a result, the Defendant destroyed the glass window of the office at night, intruded into the office, and stolen the total market value of 950,000 won owned by the victim.
