A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a victim D management E in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on around 22:00 on August 5, 2017; (b) intruded into the victim D management E through an unreshed window; and (c) cut the fruit and drinking water amounting to 20,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession in the cooling house;

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. Larceny;

A. On August 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on August 9, 2017, committed a theft with a air conditioner air conditioner equivalent to KRW 145,000 on the market price owned by the victim H, who was parked at the victim H’s I cargo vehicle located therein; and (b) committed a theft with a single air conditioner equivalent to KRW 145,000.

B. On August 25, 2017, around 00:05, at the site of the new construction of the building located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one set of IV.5CK electric wire equivalent to the market price of KRW 120,000, the market price of the victim K owned by the Defendant, 120,000, KRW 30,000; and (b) IV.5CK electric wire equivalent to KRW 140,000, the market price of KRW 120,000, KRW 120,000.

On August 25, 2017, around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim M-owned market price equivalent to KRW 150,00,00, which was installed outside the above loan 102, around 02, the Defendant: (b) stolen the victim M-owned land with one outside the air-conditioner, at around 150,000.

3. Special larceny.

A. On August 25, 2017, at around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) cut off the “P cafeteria” of the victim’s O operation in Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun; (b) using the pipe lenses installed in the said cafeteria, the Defendant used a pipe flick to attach a knife of the instant cafeteria; and (c) flife the knife of the victim’s knife at the marb, which was located on the mar; and (d) flife with a knife of 25,000 won at the market price located on the marb.

B. On August 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at a container office managed by the Victim K in Q in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 25, 2017; and (b) at IV 2.5CK electric wires equivalent to the market price of the victim’s ownership, the Defendant used the above pipeline to incidental knife with the entrance knife with the entrance knife with the entrance knife; and (c)
