1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 28, 2018, at around 18:24, the Defendant destroyed property, before the Victim G management’s “H” office, such as “B” under paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant saved the locks that corrected the entrance door in front of the Victim G management’s “H” office and caused damage to its utility.

3. On September 3, 2018, the Defendant was dispatched to the police officer upon receipt of a report, on September 12, 2012, when: (a) on September 3, 2018, the Defendant had intrusion upon residence and attempted larceny, opening a door of a reception room that had not been corrected for the second floor of the “K” 2ndel operated by the victim J, and had been intruded into the reception room; and (b) had found any object to be stolen.
