Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant read 1 of the No. C Apartment 214, 404, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home, posted a statement on the victim F (V, 21 years old)’s comments on the said novel on the victim’s f(s) interrogating comments, and sent it to the victim on the part of the Defendant’s cell phone 214, 404, and 31 years old.

2. Around 09:48 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant read the novel “E” No. 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 , posted on the Defendant’s house to the cell phone of the Defendant, using a mobile phone, and then sent to the victim F in the preceding paragraph a notice on the said novel, stating that “I am son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s

3. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant read the novel “G” 1 posted on the cell phone fix D using a mobile phone at a place where it is unknown on November 15:58, 2015, and then posted a statement on the victim F as stated in the preceding paragraph on the victim F of the said novel “B only once” on the statement of the victim F of the said novel, thereby reaching the victim.

4. On November 7, 2015, around 14:22, the Defendant read 1 of the No. C Apartment 214-404, a novel H, posted on the mobile phone display D using a mobile phone, and then posted a statement on the victim F in the preceding paragraph’s comments on the said novel that “I am soon off,” in which the victim F in the preceding paragraph left a tension.”

Accordingly, the defendant reached the victim's text messages that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a mobile phone, which is a communication medium, four times in total.
