A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendant received 95,000 won from the victim of the Daegu Bank Account (D) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, from that time to April 12, 2016, from that time, the Defendant received 6,406,000 won in total from the victims in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached crimes.

1. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s comments on the sales posts of the names in order for the victim E to purchase the infant’s supplies to the Korean Portal Port Portal Portal website among the NV servers; and (b) falsely contacted the victim with the comments on the remaining comments on the sales posts of the names in order to purchase the infant’s supplies.

However, as the Defendant did not have the above goods from the beginning, even if he received the proceeds of the goods, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant received 140,000 won from the injured party to the account (F) in the name of the Defendant around November 26, 2015.

2. On November 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s comments on the sales posting of the victim’s name in order for the victim G to purchase a part of the oil to use the Internet portal website’s Kaf, and made a false call to the victim; and (b) “The Defendant sent the part of the goods to send the part of the goods to the phone by sending the part of the goods to the face of the week by sending the part of the goods.”

However, the defendant is true.
