The defendant shall be sentenced to 2 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime No. 1, the crime No. 3, and the crime No. 1 to 5.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution in Seoul Central District Court for fraud, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 14, 2015.

1. Larceny;

A. On September 2, 2014, around 02:12, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft on September 2, 2014, at 156 Modern-ro, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-ro, 156 Modern-ro, 365 Modern-ro, the victim C (year 36) placed on his cash withdrawal, citing one copy of the Madern-ro, the victim-owned.

B. At around 00:00 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off one part of a wall containing the Victim F (26 years of age), the Victim F (victim G), who was the victim’s possession, at the entrance of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-mail, with the victim F (26 years of age).

C. On July 3, 2015, at around 20:55, the Defendant, at the “J” in the operation of H 1st underground victim I (the age of 52) of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, the Defendant stolen three fruit 3,090 won in total, and two ice cream, which are the victim’s possession in the product display stand, without concealing it in the clothes.

2. Around 20:00 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy (Consolidated Account Number L) of the Victim K (27 years old) card from the street in front of the 19 new Eastern Asia (19 years old) 703 Dongyang-ro, Dongjak-gu, Seoul; (b) but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (c) on the one hand, the Defendant thought he/she was to have his/her own.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

3. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased bread, beverages, etc. in “N” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M on September 2, 2014; (b) and (c) made it impossible to identify the names located therein.
