A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would lend money to the victim E in the F shop operated by the victim E in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D comprehensive Market D, 1619, that “on the face of lending money, the Defendant would provide the victim with the money back to the store with the accident, spread and money borrowed from the accident, and the spread.”

However, the facts did not have the intention or ability to repay even if they borrow money.

The Defendant received 84,00 won from the victim, namely, from the victim, for the purpose of borrowing money.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. Larceny;

A. On April 9, 2015, around 13:31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen cash of KRW 30,000, USD 2, National Bank Credit Card Co., Ltd.; (b) KRW 30,00, KRW 300, KRW 2, KRW 300, KRW 2, credit card of new bank; and (c) one lot of credit card; and (d) KRW 500,000, market value of KRW 80,000, market value.

B. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 11:03 on April 13, 2015, 2015, committed the crime: (b) around KRW 50,00 in cash owned by the victim J; (c) National Bank C, foreign bank C, credit card, foreign exchange bank C, and national bank security card; (d) one copy in each resident registration certificate; and (e) one copy in each market value of KRW 330,00 in each market value bearing one resident registration certificate; and (e) one copy in each handphone drive amounting to KRW 25,00 in each market value.

C. On April 13, 2015, around 11:32, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft, citing 10,000 won of the market price with a 10,000 won certificate and 800,000 won of the market price with a driver’s license, at the D General Market DD 1818, which is located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (c) committed a theft.

On May 2015, the Defendant committed the first-served crime was the victim N in the D General Market D, No. 1768, 1768, located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
