A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 8, 2017, the Defendant received a physical check from a person who was not a deceased soldier, and promised to receive KRW 100,000 per day in return for withdrawal of cash with the said card.
1. Around August 14, 2017, the Defendant agreed to receive the above consideration and kept three copies of the access media, collecting three copies of the check-up card (credit number D), the National Bank Czem Card (credit number E), the National Bank Czem Card (credit number E), and the SC Bank Czem Card (credit number F) from the non-existence of name in the custody of things established in the exit-ro No. 1, 384, Gasan-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gasan-ro, 384.
2. Around 12:40 on August 14, 2017, the Defendant agreed to receive the said consideration, and around 12:40 on August 14, 2017, the Defendant collected and kept one copy of the cash card (credit number G) of the Bank that brought about by the winners of the name in the Dong-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
3. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant promised to receive the above consideration and kept three copies of the access media by collecting three copies of the post office check cards (credit number H), the national bank check cards (number number number number number number number number number number) in the name of “I,” and the corporate bank check cards (credit number number number J) that brought by the non-existence of name in the storage of goods installed in the exit area No. 7 of 140, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic Games, Songpa-gu.
4. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant promised to receive the above consideration and kept seven copies of the access media, collecting and using the Saemaeul Credit Cooperatives, the Saemaul Bank Co., Ltd.’s 4-dong 503-13-dong 4, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 503-13-dong Roster, and resulting in the non-existence of his/her name, as a result of the Defendant’s promise to receive the said consideration.
5. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) promised to receive the above consideration; (b) a new bank e-mail card (credit number S); (c) brought by the non-member of the name in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu R mail around August 20:39.
