1. The Defendant works together at a entertainment establishment located in the victim C, victim D, and Seoul Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and was living together with the victims in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu F and 301.

At around 17:00 on January 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 4.120,000 won in cash owned by the victim C, which was located in the bank floor by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance caused by the victims, and (b) 1.0,000 won in cash owned by the victim C; (c) and (d) 1.07,000 won in the market price, which includes the national bank cke cards, and the foreign exchange bank cke cards, etc.; and (d) 70,000,000 won in the victim D’s market price located in the bank, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property.

On September 20, 2013, at around 13:52, the Defendant, on September 20, 2013, worked in the above gas station, and was stolen by inserting the gap in which surveillance was neglected due to the absence of any other person in the surrounding area, by inserting the cash amount of KRW 2.6 million owned by the victim into the gas station.
