Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around 15:00 on May 1, 2015, attended a meeting of the “2014 World Labor-Saving Workers Labor-Savings of the 2014 World Labor Organization,” which was held in Seoul Square, from around 15:0 to around 18:50 on the same day, obstructed the traffic of vehicles by occupying 20,000 the number of participants in the meeting, as well as 20,000 Roster, such as the street, re-dong street, the street street street, and the Andong street street, all of which are the road of the Anndong-dong and the city.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
