A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant gets on a bicycle that stolen at the new wall time when surveillance was neglected, and habitually intrudes on the building of the church, restaurant, etc. with the crime prevention facilities, to steal money and valuables.
1. On August 25, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a toilet window in the following parts of the building at night at night at the office of “E” operated by the victim D (Inn, 48 years of age) located in Suwon-gu Busan, Busan; (b) opened and intruded a toilet window in the following parts of the building at night; and (c) cut off with the goods of a total amount of KRW 10,000, total market value of the victim, such as colon and coffee, displayed at the office.
2. Around 02:00 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) retired from all nights and intruded into a window that was not corrected by the entrance and exit door, using any cresh that was operated by the victim G (n, 55 years of age) located in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) went back to the camera for the purpose of theft; (c) did not bring about an attempted crime because there was no stolen article.
3. Around 02:00 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went to the “Kcafeteria” operated by the Victim J (Nam, 57 years of age) located in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) went to the “Kcafeteria”); and (c) went to the said restaurant and the window installed above the above restaurant and the window installed; and (d) went to the bank and the 400,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) came to theft with one head of the NA and the NAC, respectively.
4. On September 20, 2014, at around 01:30 on September 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a restaurant by entering the open door located behind the building through any cresh that is operated by the victim M (n, 48 years old; and (b) discovered that the said restaurant is protruding down; and (c) destroyed and damaged the corrective device from the kitchen.
