A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 2524"

1. At around 02:30 on September 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant beyond the window that was not corrected by the victim’s cresh and unreshing cresh on the part of the victim C in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 1.90,000 in total of the cash, which is the victim’s possession, on the table, in the swine storage box and the account book.

2.
