A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange a lending of a national technical qualification certificate or career certificate of construction technology.

At the request of the staffF of E company in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government to arrange for a national technical qualification certificate or career loan of construction technology from the staffF of E company, and around August 2009, the Defendant received the national technical qualification certificate from G by mail and sent the above qualification certificate, etc. to H office in Gangwon-do to the above E company office, and arrange for the lending of G’s national technical qualification certificate, etc. from E company from December 1, 2009 to November 29, 201, from that of receiving KRW 80,000 from the above company to December 18, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 3 million in total from E company as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
