Punishment of the crime
【Status F” is a holder of a national technical qualification certificate (industrial safety engineer), and G is a holder of a construction technology certificate (civil first class).
Defendant
A is the representative director of construction company B in the main city H and underground floor (I building), and the defendant corporation B is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering and construction work business.
【Criminal Fact】 No person shall lend or lend his/her national technical qualification certificate or construction technology qualification certificate to any other person, and arrange the lending.
1. Defendant A paid KRW 1,50,000 to F with a national technical qualification certificate from July 1, 2012 to April 23, 2013, through J, which is a broker broker for lending a license, and borrowed the above career certificate from F from August 1, 2012 to April 23, 2013. Defendant A paid KRW 1,00,000 to G with a career certificate of construction technology from August 1, 2012 to April 23, 2013.
2. Defendant B, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), committed the same offense as described in paragraph (1) against Defendant B, who is an employee of the Defendant.
