Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is a person working as the head of the management office of G apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the Defendant, as a broadcasting company operating the general channel “E”, broadcasted the news report program “H” and “I”, and maintains and manages the Internet homepage (F) that provides services, such as news and re-mail.

On August 12, 2016, the network J (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) served as a security guard of 106 apartment units in the instant case, and refused to receive a transfer order on August 12, 2016. On August 18, 2016, the Plaintiff, the manager of the K Building in the third floor of the instant apartment building, and the Plaintiff, who is the manager of the K building in the vicinity of the instant apartment, went back to the police officer’s interest by emphasizing the head of the other apartment residents (hereinafter referred to as “the instant appeal”).

After that, on August 19, 2016, the Deceased died on the 106-dong 15th apartment of this case.

In L’H program, the Defendant reported the news in relation to the deceased’s death, stating that “In the apartment of Gyeonggi-do party branch, the security guards were fluortly filing a civil petition in bad faith with the citizens and the management office’ verbal abuse, and they were fluord about 15th floor of apartment, and they cut away from themselves.” The details thereof are as shown in attached Table 4.

The news was once again reported with the same content in the MI program (hereinafter “instant news”) and the news Nos. 1 and 2 of this case were posted on the Internet homepage (F) operated by the Defendant from the time of the above news.
