A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant entered a crating room (hereinafter “D”) opened by the victim B, a minor under the age of 13, who was a child and a minor under the age of 11, and talked with the victim, and sent the victim a photograph of the victim’s face, etc. by advertising the victim’s photograph, etc. to the effect that he/she received the victim’s face photograph, etc. from the victim, and attaching a photograph containing him/her. If sent, the Defendant sent the victim’s photograph to the effect that he/she would be aware of all talks about the victim’s face by combining it with obscene photo in a school and dial room.” On the same day, the Defendant sent the victim’s photograph to the effect that “the victim was sent to him/her by photographing the victim’s photograph, etc.” and “the victim’s obscenity is sent to him/her by photographing the victim’s obscenity and sexual harassment,” and “the victim’s obscenity is sent to him/her.”

Accordingly, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which makes a minor victim under 13 years of age obscene acts and makes a child feel sexual humiliation.

The Defendant, at the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph (1), received the victim’s balone photo, etc., as stated in paragraph (1), and then sent the victim’s balone photo, etc. to the effect that “the victim would have a short clothes and meet or sexual intercourse with the victim,” and then threatened the victim with the victim as if the victim did not take the balone or have sexual intercourse, but did not comply with the victim’s attempt.
