Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to know with the victim C (n, 12 years of age) through the “Nber” camera, sent the victim a Kakakakao text message to induce interest in sex, such as whether he or she is in South Korea, whether he or she was in sexual intercourse, and whether he or she was in sexual intercourse, and had the Defendant sent the Defendant’s sexual picture to the victim, transmitted the victim’s sexual photo, and received from the victim’s sexual photo, etc., and had the victim sexual intercourse with the victim.

On October 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape of Minors under the age of 13) stated in the preceding paragraph at around 14:27, 2014, by threatening the victim to capture pictures transmitted by the victim, thereby threateninging the victim to talk with the chest of the victim, cutting off the panty of the victim, and inserting the finger, and continuing the victim to grow the Defendant’s sexual organ.
