A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the managing director of C (hereinafter referred to as “C”), is in charge of the distribution and operation of leased bus vehicles.
C In the course of participating in a bid such as Daejeon area, middle and high school, and leasing C's bus to a school trip awarded by D, the following special conditions are suggested: (a) each school should be able to supply a vehicle within five years (at least 2006 vehicle-type vehicle-type vehicle-type vehicle-type vehicle-type vehicle) after purchasing it in order to prevent accidents and ensure the safe transportation of students; (b) even in D, it is difficult to satisfy the demand of the Defendant for a bus more than 2006, but it is difficult to meet this demand, and (c) it was intended to alter the vehicle-type vehicle-type vehicle-type on the bus registration certificate of the bus owned by C.
1. On April 201, the Defendant altered his/her registration certificate of G bus in the name of the Director of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office for the purpose of using the original registration certificate of G bus manufactured on August 4, 2005, which is held by C, for the purpose of exercising the submission of the documents for tender for the second and second grade travel of the 201th grade of the 201-Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant altered his/her official document and forged the original registration certificate of G bus manufactured on August 4, 2005 by using the electronic reproduction machine, and then changed the original registration certificate of the G bus in the column of the copy “the first registration date” in the “the first registration date” column of the copy.
In addition, on May 11, 201, at the F High School administrative office located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, the Defendant submitted it to the person in charge of the administrative contract of the F High School who is aware of the fact of the alteration, as if the registration certificate of the G bus that altered the vehicle smoke type and the initial registration date was issued normally.
