A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a managing director of the Seo-gu Daejeon Company B, who has been specialized in the transportation of students by using a tourist bus in relation to the elementary, middle, high, and academic travel conducted by high schools.

On May 201, the Defendant entered into a contract for bus rental services with the Daejeon District Office of Education on May 201, 201, and the above schools related to school travel. The above schools suggested special conditions for bus rental services that they should be able to supply a vehicle less than five years (factory after the vehicle year 2006) after purchasing for the prevention of accidents and the safe transport of students.

However, the Defendant, however, was unable to supply the ex-factory vehicle after the year 2006 because of the concentration of early, middle, and high school travel in Daejeon for a specific period of time, resulting in difficult supply of the ex-factory vehicle to the above schools. The Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the annual formula of the registration certificate as if it were a new type in line with the special conditions

On May 20, 201, the Defendant altered official document printed the phrase “2006,” which is “2006,” using a computer for the purpose of concluding a contract for the lease of bus services with the above schools and the above schools, using a computer, and added the phrase “2006” to the initial registration date, the form, and the column of the registration certificate of H vehicles owned by the above company, and then modified the annual form of the above vehicle by re-duplicating it for 2006, as shown in the attached Form B (Alteration and Exercise of Official Documents).
