1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 15,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from March 2, 2019 to September 6, 2019; and (b) September 7, 2019 for the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 28, 1998, the Plaintiff entered into a C insurance contract (1-20-year maturity) with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) on December 28, 2018 with the beneficiary in the event of the insured and hospitalization and disability as the Plaintiff and paid the monthly insurance premium thereafter.

The content of the insurance contract of this case includes “other disaster disability pension” (excluding traffic accidents while on board a vehicle, finalized and paid 20 million won a year on 10 million won or more, and paid 5 million won a year on 20 billion won or more a year on 10th or second grade disability); “Other disaster disability benefits” (60,000 won a year on 3-4 disability other than traffic accidents on board a vehicle): 15 million won a day on 15 million won a day: 7.5 million won a day on 7.5 million won a year).

B. The terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract include the following:

In hereinafter referred to as the "Special Terms and Conditions for General Injury Guarantee" shall be referred to as the "Special Terms and Conditions."

(i) Grade 1 of attached Table 3 (Class 1 for the new head of the body of disability classification table;

3. If a person is subject to restrictions on basic action for lifelong life because he/she has left a obvious obstacle to a heavy convalution, boundary, or mind;

(a) For one arms, the shoulder bel joints (hereinafter referred to as the "bel joints") shall be equal to or lower than all the shoulder joints;

(b) With respect to one bridge, not more than half-meters (in case of a single bridge, not more than half-class knee, not more than knee, not more than half-class);

(c) With respect to visual or return obstacles, two eyes or two ears shall be the same body; and

With respect to spine, all parts below the bones of wood shall be the same part.

(e)in the case of disabilities of Grades I-V, VI, 7, 8, 9, 2-3, 4, 5, 3-8, or 4-12 in the disability classification table, only two arms, two legs, or one arms;
