1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 28, 1998, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the insurance period from August 28, 1998 to August 28, 2018, under which the insured and the beneficiary of bodily injury are the Plaintiff, and entered into an accident insurance contract with the radio dividends spectrum (hereinafter “instant insurance”).

B. According to the contents of the insurance contract in this case, when the insured becomes disabled of Grades I and II in the attached Table 5 of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “instant disability classification table”) due to a traffic accident other than that occurred during the ordinary day of the insurance period (hereinafter “instant disability classification table”), the ordinary disability pension in the amount of KRW 1,500,000 for ten (120 times) years from the date of the occurrence of the cause for the payment of insurance money each month, and when the insured becomes disabled of Grades III through VI in the above disability classification table, the amount of ordinary disability benefits in the amount of KRW 2,50,000 through KRW 15,000 shall be paid. The corresponding parts of Grades II through IV in the instant disability classification table are as follows.

Grade II of the physical disability of the class;

1. Where he/she is required to have a serious obstacle to his/her old age, old age, alert or mental health and to receive occasional nursing;

2. When he/she is required to receive occasional nursing because he/she has left a chest or long-term disability;

3. Where it is impossible to use one arms and one bridge completely and permanently;

4. Where he/she has lost ten fingers or has become unable to use it completely or completely;

5. Where a physical disability occurs among those of Grade III, among one arms or one bridge, which causes a physical disability referred to in any of subparagraphs 2 through 7 of Grade III, or those of subparagraphs 2 through 7 and 5 through 11 of Grade IV, from among those of Grade III and one bridge;

6. Grade III in a case where he has lost the hearing ability of two ear completely; and

2. Where he loses not less than the hand of one arms;

3. Where it becomes impossible to fully use Section 2 in the part of Section 3 of one sale or one sale as a whole;

4. Where he loses more than the surface of one bridge;

5. Where he/she is unable to use Section 2 of Section 2 in a complete state among Section 3 of one bridge or one bridge;

6. One finger shall be 5 fingers.
