Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B, A, E, F, G, H Defendant B, A, E, F, G and H are foreigners of the People’s Republic of China.

If a foreigner who enters Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as "Do") without a visa intends to move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, the foreigner shall obtain the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.

Defendant

B and Defendant A entered Jeju-do without a visa, on August 21, 2014, where she was her mother and her mother and child, to the air route at the sea of the Chinese People’s Republic of China, rather than on August 21, 2014; Defendant E and Defendant F, to the air route at the airport of the People’s Republic of China North Gyeong-do around November 1, 2015; Defendant G, to the air route at the same airport of the People’s Republic of China, the People’s Republic of China was injured on August 10, 2015; Defendant H, to the same airport of the People’s Republic of China on September 5, 2015, respectively.

피고인들은 대한민국 제주도 이외의 다른 지역으로 나가기로 마음먹고, 피고인 B는 그의 아들 피고인 A과 중화 인민 공화국의 메신저 프로그램인 QQ 메신저를 통하여 도외지역으로 불법 체류자를 이동시켜 줄 선박의 선장과 연락하여 이동 사례금을 1명 당 200만 원씩 주기로 약속하고, 피고인 H은 QQ 메신저를 이용하여 피고인 B 와 수시로 연락을 주고받으면서 불법 체류자인 피고인 G, E, F 등 3명에 대한 이동 사례금을 각 200만 원씩 받고 도외지역으로 이동시켜 주기로 약속하여 모집하였고, 그에 대한 대가로 알선 수수료를 50만 원을 위 3명으로부터 받기로 약속하였다.

On November 29, 2015, the Defendants were arrested on November 29, 2015 by using a fishing vessel in the white-gu, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, without the permission of the Minister of Justice to extend the sojourn area.

Accordingly, the Defendants entered Jeju-do without the visa and without obtaining the permission for extension of sojourn area.
