Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant C, who is a national of the People’s Republic of China, was willing to enter Jeju-do to make a false entry into Jeju-do without a visa, using the fact that Jeju-do is possible to enter Chinese people without a visa, and then to move to Jeju-do to be employed.

No foreigner who enters the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for the purpose of tourism, passage, etc. shall move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission from the Minister of Justice.

Nevertheless, on July 24, 2012, the defendant entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province through the Jeju Airport for tourism in the Chinese Vietnam and entered the same year without a visa.

7. Around 16:00, at a non-permanent port located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the vessel was pushed away from the back seat of the passenger vessel and arrived at a port located in the Southern-do, Namdo at around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without the visa and moved to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without the permission of the Minister of Justice.

2. Defendant A and the Defendants had the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, and had Jeju-do enter Jeju-do by using that it was possible to enter the Republic of China without a visa to make a false entry into Jeju-do without a visa, and had the intent to move to and find a job on the ground that they were moving to Jeju-do.

No foreigner who enters the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for the purpose of tourism, passage, etc. shall move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission from the Minister of Justice.

Nevertheless, on August 28, 2014, the Defendants entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province through Jeju Airport for the purpose of tourism in the south of China and enter the same year without a visa.
