Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No foreigner who enters Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Do") for the purpose of tourism, etc. shall move to another area of the Republic of Korea without the permission of the Minister of Justice to extend his/her sojourn area, and no person shall move or arrange to move any foreigner who has not obtained the permission of the extension of his/her sojourn area

1. The Defendants’ status and public invitation are the nationals of the Republic of China (hereinafter “China”) who entered the Republic of Korea on May 26, 2017 and stayed in the capacity of the visiting employment (H-2).

B is a Chinese national who entered Jeju-do without a visa for the purpose of tourism on May 12, 2018 and has not obtained the permission of extension of sojourn area.

Defendant

B decided on May 28, 2018 to move (hereinafter Do escape) to an area other than Jeju-do without permission in order to punish money, and requested the defendant A, who is the origin of the same high-speed route, to leave the country. The defendant A consented to the concealment of the motor vehicle he / she gets the defendant B to leave the country in a way that he / she gets on board the motor vehicle and leave the country in the manner that he / she gets on the land.

As a result, the Defendants recruited Defendant B to leave the country.

2. Defendant A’s crime committed on May 29, 2018 at around 07:20, Defendant A: (a) placed the backwards of the F-A-Wn-Wn-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing on the top of the lower 6 wharfs near the 6-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing on May 29, 2018; (b) placed the clothes, bags, etc. on the body-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing L-Wing-Wing-Wing on May 29, 2018; and (c) did not board

In this respect, the defendant extended the sojourn area.
