A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2020, at around 14:10, the Defendant discovered and stolen a substitute ship box containing a radio card terminal of 250,000 won in the market price of the victim C, which was located in front of the place, at the door-to-door shop located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu.

From around that time to April 22, 2020, the Defendant stolen property worth totaling KRW 904,410,000, total market value of the victims, as described in the attached list of crimes, by the following means:
