Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2019, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a dump truck fuel drinking box owned by the victim C, parked in front of the Seo-gu Incheon Special Metropolitan City B construction site; (b) stored one part of the ice in the fuel tank; (c) dump trucking the opposite part of the ice into the fuel tank as soon as it was stored in the fuel tank; (d) moved the plastic container prepared by the Defendant in advance and then stolen the light oil of 200,000 won via the market price of the victim’s market price of 2.80,000 won from the above date to June 13, 2019; and (e) 520,000 won via the total market price of 4 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
