Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2019, around 12:40 on December 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a 354 parking lot Ma354 of the third floor underground of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a door with the victim D’s ENAS G80 car not corrected; and (c) opened a door with a cash of KRW 1.8 million and a hotel hotel accommodation with a market price of KRW 340,000,000,000 in a bank located on the back seat of the passenger car; and (d) cut off the property of KRW 332,00,000 in total at the market price on three occasions, as described in the attached list of crimes, from around that time until February 11:53, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property three times.
