A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2019, at around 12:02, the Defendant came to be operated by the Victim C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and around 12:02, the Defendant brought one air-conditioning pipe equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the first floor E of the said building. On May 30, 2019, around 08:53, the Defendant brought one steel-conditioning mold door equivalent to KRW 200,00 in the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, at the same place, and carried one oil boiler tank in the above place at around 10:15 on June 6, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
