A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person in charge of general affairs, such as a charter bus leasing contract, in BD, and the elementary, middle and high schools that intend to lease and use a chartered bus demand the operation of a new bus by setting a certain condition, such as bus after planting in 2008 for the safety of students. 2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, sent the altered official document to an employee in the name of the above E elementary school, who is aware of the alteration, by facsimile, as if the registration certificate was duly formed.
