A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October due to the alteration of official documents at the Jeju District Court on April 6, 201 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 201.

The defendant is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. in Jeju City.

When the Defendant directly received a charter bus service for school travel from a national elementary, middle, and high school, or supported a travel vehicle to a travel company that received an essential station, it is practically difficult for the Defendant to supply a new bus to the school for the safety of students at the request of the school that requests the operation of a new bus for not more than five years on a yearly basis. As such, it was impossible for the Defendant to supply a new bus to the school by altering the registration certificate copy of a old bus as if it is a new one rather than the actual one.

1. On May 2010, the Defendant modified official documents, after copying the registration certificate of bus No. E with the purpose of uttering at the above D office, added the number “2007” which was reproduced from the registration certificate of another bus in the number of “200,” which indicates the vehicle's annual formula and the initial date of registration, and then changed the copy of the registration certificate by the same method as shown in the list of crimes, from that time until October 2010, from that time, the Defendant changed the registration certificate by the same method for a total of 20 times.

2. On May 2010, the Defendant used the modified official document in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from that time until October 2010, to a staff member of the administrative office, for which it is impossible to know the name of Samsung High School, who is unaware of the circumstances, submitted a copy of the registration certificate of five buses, such as E buses altered en bloc as if they were duly formed.
