A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 23, 2017, the Defendant, at the Busan District Court, sentenced 1 year and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Narcotics Control Act, the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, and 20 days of imprisonment for violation of the same Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 9, 2018 in the first prison of the North Korean Dos, North Korea.

【Criminal Facts】

From August 9, 2018, the Defendant had a relationship with the victim C in the second floor house in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si from August 9, 2018. The victim D is the said female business owner.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On November 6, 2018, around November 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s talking with E, the owner of the said female building; and (b) made it doubtful that the victim was out of the house; and (c) made an assault against the victim at the Defendant’s house located on the second floor, she expressed the victim’s desire to “Isssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

B. On November 7, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant partially revised and recorded the facts charged to the extent that it does not infringe the identity of the facts charged by indecent act and the Defendant’s right to defense. Around 03:00 on November 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s appearance in the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house; (b) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “nicking year”; and (c) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “nicking year” on the part of the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house; and (d) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “nicking year” on the part of the Defendant’s panty lele, which was the victim’s knife at hand; and (b) expressed the Defendant’s hair at the time and place indicated in the above B’s head 1; and (c) assaulted the Defendant at around 10:00 on July 16, 2018.
