A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 4183" is the victim B (V, 37 years of age) and the husband's death.

On November 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at the victim’s house located in Daejeon Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on November 21, 2018, the Defendant: (b) made it possible for the victim to take a breath of alcohol; (c) the Defendant stated, “Chosia, the same dog, and the same dead person; (d)” to mean, “Chosia, the same young person, and the same dead person.” (20cc in total length, 9cc in knife length) of the knife, which is dangerous to bring the victim to the home; and (d) threatened the victim with the head of the knife, thereby threateninging the victim’s head by hand; and (e) caused the victim’s head by drinking once.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

The Defendant, around 15:00 on October 15, 2018, at the “E-cafeteria” parking lot located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon around 15:0, the Defendant: (a) removed Gaco or car owned by the victim FF from the vehicle owned by the Defendant’s wife that is not good for a smooth space; (b) removed the sidewalk block (25 cm, 15 cm, e.g., a dangerous object on the floor) which was located at the bottom of the vehicle, and destroyed the repair cost of KRW 29,860 by spreading the back glass of the left-hand side of the vehicle.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 4366" is the victim B (V, 37 years of age) and the husband's death.

1. Around October 14, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking part in the victim’s head where the victim refused his/her request to obtain a loan by taking the victim’s house under the name of the victim as security at the victim’s residence located in the Jung-gu Daejeon or lower-gu, Daejeon.

2. Damage to property;

A. On October 15, 2018, around 19:10 on October 15, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property by displaying the entrance door on the ground that the victim does not open the entrance in the above residence of the victim, thereby allowing the locker of the entrance to set off the door, thereby damaging the victim’s property.

B. On October 15, 2018, the Defendant is softened as to the victim’s possession before the victim’s residence, around 20:35.
