A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the husband of the victim C (here, 46 years of age).

1. Habitual injury:

A. On June 13, 2016, at around 18:36, the Defendant assaulted on one occasion the victim’s left side boomed in the ward on the ground that the victim scamed on the vehicle without the consent of the Defendant, at the place of residence of the Defendant and the victim, who was living in the ward on the ground that the victim scamed on the vehicle.

2.
