1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) entered a male public toilet in E, “E,” located in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with the view to meeting his/her sexual desire, such as taking pictures of this form on two occasions using his/her smartphone camera, in order to walk up the son’s scam in E, and walk up the son’s son.

2. Around 17:00 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken a photograph of a woman’s body using his/her smartphone camera image function in the subway line 1, which passed through a new cream station in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu; (b) taken a cryp image against his/her will; and (c) taken a cryp image of his/her body using his/her smartphone camera image function; and (d) taken a cryp image against his/her will; and (c) sent his/her cryp to G with his/her cryp after cutting his/her cryp, etc. with his/her cryp, marked with his/her cryp in his/her cryp in his/her cryp; and (d) sent his/her cryp from around September 30, 2015 to G with his/her cryp.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of other persons against their will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using smartphone cameras, and sent the photographs to other persons.

3. Around August 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (obscenity distribution) was within the “J” guard room located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and the photograph taken by using his/her smartphones to “K 3” as the title “the photograph taken by him/her.”
