A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on May 23, 2016;

A. On May 23, 2016, at around 10:48, the Defendant taken a film of the lower body part and lower body of the women who suffered a part of their name in gallon, using a mobile phone camera in his Samsung Gallon, in the C Village bus that proceeds from the same Gu-gu Seoul Jongnodong community service center in the same Gu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. At around 11:22 of the same day, the Defendant left the above village bus at the entrance of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then moved to D buses that run in a non-wide direction of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and his nameless autopsy using the above mobile phone camera was taken as screen pictures of the lower body part and lower body parts of the women who suffered original spons and lower clothes.

C. At around 11:32 on the same day, the Defendant was lowered from the above bus to the off-area sub-city bus terminal in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and then taken the numberless yellow line bus that runs in the direction of the opening of the same Gu boom, using the above mobile phone camera, the Defendant taken the parts of the lower body part and lower clothes of the female boomed by using the above mobile phone camera.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the physical parts of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using smartphone cameras more than three times, against their will.

2. The crime committed on May 25, 2016;

A. On May 25, 2016, at around 08:21, the Defendant: (a) taken a film of the parts of the body of a woman suffering from an influence in name using his LG mobile phone camera, which was attached in advance, within the E bus that proceeds from the direction of the red control of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Red Station; and (b) taken the parts of the body of a woman suffering from an influence of name using his LG mobile phone camera that was attached to that part.

B. At around 08:50 on the same day, the Defendant was set down from the above bus at the red control station of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and then was set down with the FG mobile phone camera in the direction of Jongno-gu Seoul, and the Defendant was made with the victim G and his name omitted.
