However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was selected as a candidate for the president of the EFF in the first election for the president of the EFFF, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, and Defendant B was a person who attempted to engage in the election campaign of Defendant A as a dead-level relative of Defendant A.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. At around 17:00 on October 22, 2014, Defendant A provided money to F, “H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in G2 level G,” Defendant A stated, “I have been doing so for a long period of time, but I have not been able to go to the election of the president of the EF, EF,” and “I have been able to go to and have been able to go to the election of the president of the EF,” and Defendant B stated, “I have been able to go to go to and have been able to go to go to, and have been able to be elected, even if I have been able to go to do so.”

Since then, according to Defendant B, the above office B, Defendant B, “I will use the above office, and I will see that “I will see that I will use it with only people, and that I will use it.” The envelope containing KRW 200,000 in cash was issued to the above K.
