A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is the f-gu of success in the first election of the head of the NAF, which took effect on March 11, 2015, in the election of the head of the EF (EF) cooperative in the first election of the head of the EF (EF) cooperative.
No person shall provide any money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private post to any elector for the purpose of conducting an election campaign.
Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant issued KRW 400,000 in cash to B, “F No. 2 of the candidate mark 2 of the president of the EFF,” at the end of the house of the senior citizens, who are the senior citizens’ president and voters, in Gyeongnam G.
Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the elector for election campaign.
2. Defendant B
(a) An elector who has received money for the election campaign shall not receive any money, goods, entertainment, other economic benefits, or public or private post provided for the purpose of an election campaign;
Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant, a elector of the EFF election, was issued KRW 400,000 in cash after hearing the horses that “F No. 2 of the candidates for the president of the EFF election,” from around 17:00 to around 200 at the home of the Defendant located in G G.
As a result, the Defendant, who was an elector, received money for election campaign.
(b) No person who provides money for the purpose of an election campaign shall provide any money, goods, entertainment, other profit in property, or public or private post to an elector for the purpose of an election campaign;
Nevertheless, at around 19:00 on March 5, 2015, the Defendant provided KRW 200,000 in cash to I, “F candidate cooperation is changed. EF candidate 2 is changed.”
Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the elector for election campaign.
