The Defendant is the president of the Association B (hereinafter “instant Association”).

피고인은 2019. 9. 28.경 고양시 일산서구 C에 있는 피해자 D 운영의 E 가구점, 피해자 F 운영의 G 가구점, 피해자 ㈜H 운영의 I 가구점, 피해자 J 운영의 K 가구점 등이 위치한 B에서, 사실은 위 위 가구점들이 이 사건 협회에 가입해야 할 의무가 없음에도 불구하고, 성명불상자로 하여금 “B 협회 의무사항인 회원가입을 하지 않은 무자격 업체입니다. 협회는 소비자에게 각종 지원과 보증을 할 수 없습니다.”라는 문구가 적힌 팻말을 들고 피해자들의 가구점 앞에서 시위를 하게 함으로써 피해자들의 가구점 안으로 들어오려는 손님들로 하여금 되돌아가게 하거나 다른 가구점을 이용하게 하는 방법으로 업무를 방해하였다.
