Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

As long as it is found guilty of the crime of interference with the business by spreading false information, the charges of interference with the business by the abuse of each power, which is instituted alternatively, shall not be judged separately.

The Defendant is the president of the organization called “B” (hereinafter “instant Association”).

1. On March 24, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime from around 14:00 on March 24, 2018 to 17:00 on the same day, in front of the mutual household point of “E” operated by the victim D, the victim’s household store located in Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City from around 14:0 on March 24, 2018, and was not a member of the instant association, and the victim was not obligated to pay the association expenses to the instant association. Therefore, the Defendant did not have a long-term unpaid amount of the association expenses. However, the Defendant was a disqualified company with no name, who had a person with no name

2. 2018. 3. 31. 범행 피고인은 2018. 3. 31. 14:00 경부터 같은 날 17:00 경까지 위 피해자의 가구점 앞에서, 성명 불상자로 하여금 위 제 1 항 기재와 같은 문구가 포함되어 있는 팻말을 들고 피해자의 가구점 앞에서 시위를 하게 함으로써 피해자의 가구점 안으로 들어오려는 손님들 로 하여금 되돌아가게 하거나 다른 가구점을 이용하게 하는 방법으로 업무를 방해하였다.

3. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime before the household store of the said victim from April 1, 2018 to April 17:00 of the same day.
