1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) indicated an attachment No. 2-10, 23-14, and 2-14, among the size of H 802 square meters prior to the Hanam-gun granting the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff) to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

Basic Facts

I reservoir-related relationship 1) The name was changed to the Joseon Farmland Development Foundation (Korea Farmland Development Foundation around 1948), and was absorbed into the Korea Repair Association around 1950.

The following is referred only to as the "Jail Farmland Development Foundation":

(2) On May 31, 1955, the Joseon Farmland Development Foundation transferred the “I reservoir” on May 31, 1955 to the Seocheon-do Repair Association, by inserting 1,680 square meters of the J forest in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and constructing “I reservoir.”

3) The Seocheon Repair Cooperative was repealed by the implementation of the Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act on January 12, 1970, since it was enacted by Act No. 948 on December 31, 1961.

) Under paragraph (6) of the Addenda, the name was changed to the Seocheon Land Improvement Association, and the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of January 12, 1970) was repealed by Article 2 of the Addenda to the Farmland Improvement Association Act (amended by Act No. 5077 of December 29, 1995).

(4) The Seocheon Farmland Improvement Association, which was established on January 1, 200, was dissolved by the enforcement of the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) under Article 3 of the Addenda, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Seocheon Farmland Improvement Association under Article 9 of the Addenda of the above Act.

5) Under Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community & Agricultural Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005, effective April 30, 2006), the name was changed to “Korea Rural Community & Agricultural Corporation,” and the name was changed to “Korea Rural Community Corporation” pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008 and enforced June 30, 2009).
