1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15 million and the interest rate of KRW 15 million per annum from October 11, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s lease from the Defendant around September 2016 by setting the lease period as of September 26, 2018 and paying the deposit amount of KRW 15 million around that time, etc., there is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, upon the expiration of the lease term, the defendant shall return the lease deposit to the plaintiff KRW 15 million, and the defendant shall be obligated to pay the above lease deposit plus damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 11, 2018 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff with respect to the above lease deposit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
