1. The defendant shall pay 155,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

On September 1, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the C Building D from the Defendant to November 5, 2019, respectively, with a lease deposit of KRW 1550 million from November 6, 2017, and the lease deposit of KRW 155,00,00 from November 6, 2017 to November 5, 2019. At around that time, the Plaintiff paid the Defendant the lease deposit of KRW 155,00 to the Defendant without any dispute between the parties, or upon considering the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence No. 1, No. 2-1, 2-1, 2, and 3. According to the above facts, the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is terminated due to the expiration of the lease term, and the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff KRW 15,500,000,00

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
