1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 110,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 6, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On May 20, 2015, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the lease deposit amount of KRW 110 million from the Defendant for the lease deposit and the term of January 19, 2017 with the Defendant by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 110 million and the term of lease by January 19, 2017. The Plaintiff agreed to extend the said term of lease with the Defendant by January 19, 2019.

However, since the Plaintiff completed the lease registration of the above apartment on March 5, 2019 after the term of lease expires, and the Defendant did not refund the lease deposit even after leaving the above apartment, the Defendant is obligated to refund the lease deposit amount of KRW 110 million to the Plaintiff and the delay damages therefor.
