A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

around 18:00 on July 18, 2018, the Defendant stolen with three punishments equivalent to KRW 19,900 in the market price owned by the Victim K, using a gap in the vicinity of the first floor of J Burial located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
